I am an Executive Coach and Development Consultant, with over 20 year’s commercial experience, specialising in personal effectiveness and leadership development.

For the last five years, I have been providing coaching and consultancy in leadership, career management, team and personal effectiveness through my own business. My clients include both private and public sector organisations as well as charities.

Increasingly, my work has focussed on using coaching as a key tool to bring about personal and organisational change. I work with a range of business clients in providing individual and group coaching programmes, and I also provide coaching for individual clients specialising in the areas of personal effectiveness and career transitions.

I am one of a select number of Licensed Trainers for the Coaching Academy, the foremost coaching organisation in Europe, enabling me to run their half-day and one-day Business Coaching Workshops.

I am passionate about helping others to unlock their potential. Whilst my style is motivational and ‘people-centred’, my overall approach is practical, with a strong emphasis on encouraging tangible results.

• Qualified through the British Psychological Society to use a range of psychometric tools
